Two Long-time Seattle Printers Join Forces.
We are excited to announce that TCC Printing & Imaging has been acquired by AlphaGraphics Seattle, effective July 16, 2021.
For many of the businesses TCC (The Copy Company) works with, we have had a many-years relationship and you know and trust the quality of the work TCC produces. Part of our enthusiasm for this combination is that TCC and AlphaGraphics Seattle share a common commitment to excellence in print production and customer service.
Several of the TCC team will be migrating to the other end of downtown Seattle (a short 2 miles north) to continue their roles in processing and producing your orders at the AlphaGraphics Seattle facility on Elliott Avenue. Michael, Cathy, and Pamela, after a few months of assisting with the transition of client contacts and order processing to the AlphaGraphics Seattle client services team, will be moving on to well-earned retirement. The AlphaGraphics Seattle account-service team of 11 Account Managers / Project Managers averages more than a dozen years of industry experience.
We recognize that AG has long been positioned as a premium brand within the local market, and some of you have experience working with AG over the years. So, it is important that we very clearly state that except for market driven price increases in raw materials, AlphaGraphics is committed to maintaining the pricing you have received from TCC.
AlphaGraphics Seattle is a 31-year-old printing, graphics and sign company that works primarily with small- and mid-sized businesses located in the Pacific Northwest. AG’s expertise lies in delivering a broad range of print and graphic solutions (offset, digital and large format); in having flexibility that bends the boundaries of conventional print deadlines; and in having a unique ability to leverage its industry knowledge and technology capabilities to seamlessly solve very complex issues in ways that make its clients shine.
TCC has been owned and operated by the Crumpacker/Powell family for three generations and more than 70 years.
Finding the right company to build on our years of community commitment and service to our customers was critical, and in AlphaGraphics we feel like we are turning over the keys to the right driver. Our companies share many things in common, not the least of which is an unwavering commitment to being the very best printer you will find in this market.
